Who we are
This policy covers the Nurture and Move website and the contact form on it. For any question about your data, contact us at nurtureandmovecoaching@gmail.com. We are the data controller for the information described below, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect, and how
The site's contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message.
Because of that, we only receive and hold what you actually choose to send us by email — nothing is captured, logged, or stored by the website itself before that point.
Third-party services this page uses
- Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Google may log the requesting IP address as part of serving that file. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this site.
- We do however, utilise cloudflares services for web hosting and analytics. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Why we process it, and for how long
Legal basis: your consent, given by choosing to fill in and send the form. We use the information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the nutrition, training, wellbeing, or coaching service you asked about.
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete earlier correspondence at any time.
Sharing
We don't sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. We would only share information where necessary to deliver a service you've asked for (for example, a payment or booking provider), or where required by law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate data corrected
- Ask us to delete your data
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Request a copy in a portable format

We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes, and update the date at the top.
